What is oem battery?

"OEM" stands for "original equipment manufacturer"; in other words, a battery from Apple. If you can't get that in your country, you'll need to get a battery that didn't come from Apple. Check with what your local phone repair shop has on offer. Note that if the work is done by someone other than Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider, you may lose some features, notably the Maximum Capacity percentage in Battery Health.

OEM battery means "original battery". Unless the place you're buying the battery from is an Authorized Apple Service Provider, it's not an "OEM battery" unless it's used. Either they are lying or it's counterfeit.

It appears that your options are unfortunately very limited.

The OEM battery will probably not allow the phone to display Battery Health settings and a message about an "Unknown Part" will appear in the Battery settings.

Unless you have replaced a battery before, I would not try to do this myself. Let a shop that you trust do the work.
