My computer has been stuck like this for a few months and i have no idea how to fix it. I’ve been plugging my MacBook in and restarting it, but still haven’t turned on. But before. this happened Settings has been telling me there’s a “virus” i accidentally clicked an illegal movie website.

That website is unlikely the cause. More likely, a power surge could have tripped something up.
You might be able to get your computer to restart with the correct power adapter:

And an SMC reset:
Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
If that doesn't work, bring it in for service to an authorized Apple Service Center for a diagnostic.
