My iMac and my laptop both keep pestering me with "this ipad wants to use your icloud account"

Question

I don't have an iPad any more. It is broken.

Please tell me how to make this stop.

I don't know if that would work but did you try to remove the device from your account: Remove a device from Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support?

Because it is asking "if you want to use the iPad in iCloud" I think that you need to remove the iPad from your Apple ID.

It was removed months ago.

I do not use any iCloud services. They have all been disabled.
