How to transfer data to a new iPhone?

Select one of the three options: Quickstart, iCloud, or iTunes/Finder.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

1 - All your passwords, photos, apps, contacts, etc are tied to your Apple ID and can be backed up to iCloud. Before you start the setup process for your new phone, back up your old iPhone to iCloud. You can then restore from that backup on the new iPhone will look just like your old one.

2 - You need to disable FindMy on your Apple Watch and Erase All Content and Settings. This will put the watch into pairing mode once the erasing process finishes. Set up your watch as you've done previously. Make sure you back up your watch beforehand too, unless you want a fresh start.
