Why does Apple Health app allow male users to track menstrual cycles?

I am a male. I have setup my health app that I am a male. So why does apple health allow me to track my menstrual cycle?

this is just annoying to me. If my biological sex is male I can’t have a cycle.

Your answer was at least useful.

The other answer is not. It’s lazy programming. After all Apple has never slowed down a device or not allowed features because it wasn’t running on the latest hardware model ever in its history.

The fix is a simple boolean result to disable the notifications. It’s not programming a new Ai chat bot. If you’re a biological male you can not menstruate. If your a biological female and you identify as male than yes you can but that’s a distinction to be made in the app. And it might provide insight to healthcare providers when you can’t speak for yourself and identify what additional medication you may be on

thank you for your answer and I have already made a suggestion in the app
