I want to buy a new laptop for my data science / ML task, for that I am planning to buy a MacBook Pro M3 chip 14th inch with 11 core cpu 14 core gpu 18 gb Unified Memory

512GB SSD storage. But before I buy this I have some questions and need your help.

1) What it perfect machine for data science and ML?

2) What is battery backup in heavy task ?

3) When I need to replace battery and what is estimated cost for battery replacement?
