After Apple Accept my disitribution and my custom App is ready for sale in pricing And Availbilty showing cannot sale for my selected region why.

You would have to ask Apple why. The people here are just everyday users of Apple products, not Apple employees. My guess would be you either did not elect to have it distributed in your region, or the app itself cannot be sold in your country (against regulations, laws?)
