Apple podcasts on iPhone don’t sync with Macbook
I have the same apple ID on both devices (Iphone 14 pro max & MacBook Pro 14” 2023). Sync library is on for both. Yet my Macbook library is not synced at all

Being the apple id is the same on both devices , I would recommend checking that the contacts, calanders and reminders in your icloud settings are both the same and check that your time and date in settings match's your current location and that it is all correct. Hopefully this helps!!
