Cannot open a book to read

From my book library I cannot open a book that has been purchased by touching the cover

Same issue in the last two weeks I have been unable to launch any of my purchased books in my library. Have tried numerous trouble shooting tips from forums but no success. All the books display correctly just no response when I select a book
