My email app on my iPad Pro doesn’t stay open it comes up with an advert and I can’t get back to the email app, if I uninstall my yahoo email app and reinstall it will I lose all my emails?

The vast majority of modern Mail client-Apps keep all your email on the Mail Provider's Mail Server - downloading only a copy of mail messages to the local device. As such, deleting an email App will only delete your local copy.
When you reinstall the corresponding Mail App - or simply adding the respective mail account to the iPad's native Mail App via settings - you will simply download a fresh copy of your email messages.
My email is the same just started happening today, it doesn’t show up in horizontal view and it also shows a full page ad it only seems to work in portrait mode, this has only started happening, I have deleted email app and reinstalled **5 still happening, is this Apple or my email provider’s problem (Yahoo)"
