Underscan not available in the display menu of my late 2012 Mac mini

Hello, I am trying to adjust the display of a Samsung TV UN32J4300AG as main monitor, connected to a late 2012 Mac mini with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 and the Overscan option does not appear in the display menú.

I need to underscan the desired resolution.

My Mac mini has the following characteristics:

  • 2.3 Intel Ghz Intel Core I7
  • 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR 3
  • Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

I have tried by pressing alt and the display options but does not work.

Please, could you help me?

Many Thanks

Miguel

I did change the order of the monitor, then applied the desired configuration and the edges were out of

the monitor's screen. To solve this I follow the instructions on one of the posts: "use the buttons on the external displays to open the menu and change either the Aspect Ratio or scale", to my surprise my old Samsung UN32J has an option that allows the perfect ratio independent of the resolution chosen.

Once again many thanks!!!!!
