App Store is missing from son's phone

The app store is not in the list of apps on my son's phone. I have allowed all app store permissions under the Screen Time restrictions. I've restarted the phone. I've swiped all the way to left and searched for it using the search bar. I know that I accessed the app store two weeks ago, so it was there, but now I can't find it. What should I do next?
