Why is my iCloud data appearing on one of my family member devices?

My wife and I are in a 'Family'. We have separate iCloud accounts. She is logged into her device with her iCloud account, and I with mine.

However, she sees my photos showing up in 'memories' - photos that are not in any shared album.

Under 'news' she seems my Topics.

Under 'calendar' she sees birthdays that are in my calendars.

Two things worth a mention in case they are related:

I allowed her to use an iPad of mine. I signed out of iCloud. She signed in with her iCloud credentials.

We also have shared iCloud+ storage.

Any obvious things to check for, or suggestions on how to fix?
