How do I change my Apple Community profile picture to something I can upload? When in preferences, all the options I have are outdated models of Apple applications and some other stuff. I have a rubber duck right now, how do I change it to something I want? Thanks so much.

You can't yet. You need to reach Level 3 (500 points) to be able to upload and use a custom avatar.
