Health - medication reminders

Can you set a different time for the reminder at the weekend (or other days..)? A bit like you have different times for ‘do not disturb’ etc

I suspect most doctors would tell you to take the medication at the same time of day every day, even on the weekends. And I would guess that's why it's not so easy to do what you want.

However, you can probably work around it by creating two different schedules. You can't choose the same medication twice so you'd need to fake it. For example, I take an asthma medication in tablet form. If I want to add it a second time, I would need to choose, for example, "chewable tablet". You could then set up one version for weekdays and the other version for weekends. If you're really concerned about keeping an accurate record of what you're taking, this might not work for you.

You could also set up separate reminders in Reminders or Calendar for other days of the week.

Or, if you set up the reminders as Critical Alerts, they will stay on the screen until you either dismiss or log them. This is the way I handle it.
