Cannot sync music library with iPhone

My music library is mostly CDs that I have transferred

I then sync the playlists and albums I want with my iPhone

I have a new iPhone 15 Pro Max but I have been unable to sync my library

When I select 'Sync Settings' via the iPhone in Finder, nothing happens

Any idea how I can resolve the problem?
