hi, I forgot my icloud password. he wants a 28-character recovery text from me to do a reset, but I don't remember this recovery text either. i have sent the necessary information and documents, it will be 2 o'clock today, I have not received any feedback yet, how long does the process take. my apple support incident number is 102336305114

If you can log into these Communities then you should be able to log into iCloud
