Otherwise, try to force restart the iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support. This procedure is a bit tricky the 1st time you do it. Don't hesitate to repeat it. Do maintain the side button pressed until you see the Apple logo. This can take up to 20 seconds. Ignore anything you see on the screen until you see the logo.
