I am unable to view HEIC files from my iPhone 13 Pro on Windows 11?

I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, when I upload pics off of my Iphone 13 Pro with Itunes, windows isn’t let me view them on the pc. The are coming up as HEIC and not jpg Files
