My Wireless Lavalier microphones work on everyone’s phone except my iPhone

I have an iPhone 12 I brought the wireless lavalier microphone it works on everyone’s phone except mine there’s no app or Bluetooth you js have to connect it into your phone but it won’t work for me any suggestions??

Are you saying that this particular wireless microphone works with other iPhones and you verified this? ... and it just doesn't work with your iPhone 12 ... correct?

At which point does it not work? When you try to pair it with your phone, or after you successfully done so?
