Deleted songs from my iPhone keep appearing in iTunes when I plug it in. (iOS 16.6.1)

I recently bought an album on my computer and added it to my iPhone in the one way that worked. (clicking "add to device") It appeared on my phone with incorrect information (album cover) so I made a dumb decision by deleting it. I can't re-add the album, despite it not being on the phone anymore. The songs appear when I'm in the "Music" section of "On my device" however they're not greyed out or anything.

I don't pay for Apple Music. I purchase my music directly from iTunes/Bandcamp or rip them from a CD I own. Resetting sync history didn't fix the issue either. Autofill just clones songs from different albums.
