Seeing Shared Albums in iCloud Photos/Shared on my computer

I have several shared albums that have been created and are visible via my iPhone over the last several years. When I log onto my computer, I am also able to see the older shared albums in Windows Explorer (C:\Documents\Pictures\iCloud Photos\Shared. There I see several shared albums ranging in date from April 2022 to Dec 2022. However, more recent shared albums (October 2023 to June 2024) do NOT appear here. Can you explain why?
