Why won't my iPhone show the option to reset my Screen Time password?

Well I don’t know if this will help but I have question I forgot my screen time password and I watched how to fix it but my phone will not give me the option to reset my password

Hi there

Please make sure that you're using the same Apple ID that you used when setting up the Screen Time passcode. This might be a different Apple ID than the one that you're signed in to on your device.
