How can I request a refund for an app I don't use?
I got charged for an app I don’t even use, I have texted about 7 people they all said I will get a call and nothing. I’m really sick of this what kind of support is this?

You do not say where you see this purchase. If it is an e-mail or text message are you sure it is real and not an attempt to steal your private information ('phishing') (very common)?
