How to reset iPhone 14 (regular)

I was doing all kinds of methods to reset my iPhone 14 and it did not work at all, my iPhone 14 doesn't let it connect to a wifi neither wants to reset since there was no passcode option, and it's IOS 17, I am having trouble unlocking my iPhone 14 since not even computer works with it without a wifi connected or cellular data.

Therefor I need help by this type of problem and I forgot my passcode at the same time, it's still disabled and won't let it connect to a wifi at all, so I can't really reset my iPhone 14 completely.

Your post is very confusing. You don’t need Wi-Fi to reset your phone (regardless of the type of reset). If there is no passcode how can you have a problem unlocking your phone?

For a forced restart:

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP

     then

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN

     then

  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds), ignoring "slide to power off" if it appears

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.

To reset your phone to factory settings, you use a computer and a USB to Lightning cable. No Wi-Fi, cellular, or other network is usable or required→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

You will need to know your Apple ID and password to get past Activation Lock. Apple can help you recover them at https://iforgot.apple.com
