Locked Apple ID and can’t find password key to unlock account

I left my iPhone 7 at a friends house he kid got into it and now I sign in to a Apple ID but I’m also signed into Apple store and payment shipping with another Apple account I can’t change the primary account that sign in with the iCloud my account is locked and it’s won’t take my phone number when it ask for it it bring me to the recovery password keys and I don’t have it how do I by pass that sercirty prompts what can I do to recover my Apple ID that’s use with my gmail account but nothing I do willl update any info I change or it won’t let me update some apps as well
