I need to delete 90 gig worth of duplicate songs

I understand how I ended up with my entire Itunes Library doubled from 95 gigs to 190 gigs, thanks to Microsoft Technical support. I cannot see the duplicate files on my hard drive but they are definitely there. How can I delete over 15,000 songs without doing that one at a time?
