How do i report an Apple Maps issue without an Apple Device?

My fiance and I have recently moved into a new build home in a newer subdivision. The map is not correct on apple maps, so all of my friends, or delivery drivers that have iphones do not get correct directions when using this app. How do i report an issue to get my address updated without an apple device? Ive looked on the map and it just looks like the road isnt labeled. Its one of those roads that changes names after a bend in the road.
