Texts not showing on Verizon’s records

My whole family uses IPhones and all our text messages show on our Verizon log records. However my husband texts his assistant who also has an IPhone, but records of their texts exchange are never on our Verizon’s records, why is this happening?

I have iPhone, he is on Samsung Neither of us have blocked the other We have both deleted each others vCard/contacts, rebooted and hand typed in our phone numbers. We have taken off Wi-Fi and doesn't work on Cellular. We have never had a problem before. It kicked in yesterday. When I asked Siri to text him (or the number when I deleted) it first asked if I wanted to use Messages or WhatsApp. That has Never Happened before. Weird. I think you need to ask Verizon, not the Apple end users here. Unless someone who works for Verizon stumbles upon your question, I believe it could linger unanswered here for a very long time. And Apple employees won't see your question in these user forums.
