How do I transfer data from Android to iPhone?

so, i was using an iphone 7 plus a year ago, and it had broke about 6 months into having it. i needed a phone and fast so i just bought an android phone. now, im going to buy an iphone 12. am i able to still switch the data from my android onto the iphone and also log into the iphone with my old apple id? and will my photos that were connected to my apple id be in the photos app with the photos from my android too?
