Text boxes in pages randomly disappear and reappear MacBook Air Sonoma 14.5

I have a 25 page Pages document on a 2022 MacBook Air with Sonoma 14.5. Each page is 11” x 14”, divided into four sections which are covers for raffle books. All 25 pages are the same: each has four raffle book covers. The book covers are identical other than there is a number change: Page one’s books are 1, 2, 3, 4; page two’s books are 5, 6, 7, 8 and so forth with page 25 finishing up with numbers 97, 98, 99, and 100.

The book number is at the top of the book and also at the bottom, on the tear-off portion for the buyer’s name and contact information. This year-off portion is the part, the text box, that will randomly disappear and reappear. It varies from page to page, from time to time. Sometimes they are all there, sometimes only one is missing, sometimes several, scattered throughout the document, are missing. But then they will come back on the next scroll through only to have others missing.

What the heck? I’ve tried closing, restarting, duplicating, but I can’t get it fixed. It makes printing difficult.
