I am unable to update to iOS 16 on my iPhone 7

I have iPhone 7 and can’t get update 16, is there a work around this at all

You need an iPhone 8 at bare minimum to run iOS 16.


But, since you will be looking at a newer phone in the near future, it would make sense to buy a model that can run iOS 17 (and iOS 18). That would be an iPhone XR or higher model.


If you want to use higher 5G cellular speeds, you would need an iPhone 12 or higher model.
