I applied Apple Card two days ago. I found the three dots settings- click on “Apple Cash Set up” -no response
click on “Savings Set up” - continue - Said “Apple Pay unavailable” does anyone know the reason for that?
I should meet other qualifications to open the savings account. The only reason I can think about is the device is logged into a China Apple ID. I don’t know if that’s the restriction. Thank you!

You cannot open an Apple Savings account until the Apple Card MasterCard account is approved.

What exactly are you trying to do, setup Apple Savings account, setup Apple Cash account, apply for Apple Card MasterCard or what exactly? Your title says one thing and then you talke about another service in the body of your post.
What country are you in right now, China? Do you use a VPN?
Update. The device info is shown wrong. I have a iPhone 15 Pro runs in iOS17.5.1
but it’s bought in China and currently running in the US.
