Why is the Mouse setting missing from my MacBook System Settings?

I noticed my Mouse was not working on my MB. So I went to System setting to determine why? Well the Mouse option is missing in the System Settings

Well, wouldn't ya know it - after a charge overnight I set my mouse down booted my MB and its working and yes the Mouse option in system setting returned because I charged the mouse. I let the mouse get to ZERO. Thank you for your spot on observation

The mouse setting in System Setting >> Mouse maybe missing if the Apple Magic Mouse has not be Properly Paired to this computer.

It may also occur if the Magic Mouse requires ReCharging

Set up your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad with your Mac
