Safari Dev Tools - Cannot Toggle CSS rule

I use the dev tools in all web browsers every day as a web developer. Safari has the WORST dev tools among all the browsers and it's not even close.

I've only come to complain about a single issue today though; Safari Dev Tools don't allow you to toggle CSS rules...

1. Right click an element on the webpage and "Inspect Element"
2. Under the styles tab, click one of the checkboxes for a specific style, to disable it
3. The style then disappears, instead of simply disabling itself, meaning I can't quickly toggle a CSS rule on and off.

Notably, this happens only on `localhost` websites. Still an incredibly annoying issue that frustrates me daily.
