Instagram did work with my wireless network
i already turn on my data for the instagram but it doesn’t on
iPhone 6, iOS 12

Instagram requires iOS 15.1 or later. Your iPhone 6 cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.5.7. You will either need to purchase a newer phone capable of running at least version 16 or try using Instagram's web version.
An IPhone 8 or X will run iOS 16.7.7.
An iPhone 11 or higher will run iOS 17.5.1.
