After only 26 cycle in a month i am using original apple 20 watt charger using optimised charging not going 1 to 100 charging from 40 to 80 my battery health drop from 100 to 99

Perfectly normal.
On average, Maximum Capacity will decline at about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
So, at about 100 charge cycles, the battery will be at about 96%. At 200 cycles, it will be at about 92%.
Personally, I get better battery performance with the battery set to Optimized Battery Charging. I connect the power adapter to the phone at night and leave it connected all night......every night.
All rechargeable batteries are consumable components that become less effective as they chemically age.
As lithium-ion batteries chemically age, the amount of charge they can hold diminishes, resulting in shorter amounts of time before a device needs to be recharged.
What you are experiencing is perfectly normal.
Apple won’t replace the battery until it reaches 80% capacity.

Even if you baby a battery and try to charge it as efficiently as possible, it will still degrade.
Personally, I’ve gotten great results with Optimized Battery Charging. It will learn from your charging schedule, and wait at 80% to charge further until a certain point, which is usually an hour or 2 before you typically unplug the phone. Works best if you have a consistent charging schedule (e.g. charging it at night, every night).
