Making dpi darker with my Mac Air

Some documents have very light font when I print a document. How do I get a standard every time I print something?

Check the printer documentation and printer settings for whichever printer this is, as a starting point.

If this is limited to specific PDF documents, it would seem those are requesting this display, snd the printer may need to be switched into (for instance) high contrast or monocolor, depending on what the particular printer model offers.

If you want us to look into this, we’ll need to know the printer vendor and model, and whether the printer is being accessed using the printer vendor drivers or (if available with this printer) the AirPrint printing path.

Increase the Opacity:

Some printers have the option for "opacity", in which case less ink/toner is used for a color (i.e. less red is more pink), as you decrease the opacity. So, see if you need to change the opacity. Find this setting on the screen on the printer, or on the GUI on your commuter.
