When will Apple include the Panama Flag in emojis update?

Apple doesn't add emoji's at all. No cell manufacturer does. Emoji's are delivered by the Unicode Consortium. You can contact them to request they add your flag, but it's my understanding they are not taking flag requests at this time. Apple has nothing to do with this, so asking when they will is not going to get you anything at all.
