iCloud Music Library unavailable I was updating my Music Library and trying to sync it because several downloads were not showing up. When I signed out and signed back into Music on my Mac, it would try to update the iCloud Music Library for several minutes before giving me an error (4010) and saying it's unavailable. I've cleaned out the cache, signed out and signed back in, restarted, signed out and signed back into Music on my iPhone, deleted some of the latest music files I've downloaded, and just about every other piece of advice I can find online. I've been unable to sign in since yesterday. Are there any fixes for this? I use my Mac to edit and update my playlists, so this is important to me. I do subscribe to iTunes Match.

I've searched the Apple community and it's been confusing to follow the solutions. I do not have a subscription to Music or iTunes Match. I'm using a MacOS with Ventura 13.5. I ended up at this state because there's hundreds of songs not downloading/syncing with my iPhone13 like they had been at one time. Thanks for any help.

Unable to download purchased album which was partially downloaded before Apple Music subscription expired Steps to reproduce Activate Apple Music subscription Add a track in an album which does not exist in your library already to your favourites playlist. Ensure setting to download favourited music to device is enabled. Confirm music now appears in the "Favourite Songs" playlist Purchase the album of the track chosen in Step 2. Allow Apple Music subscription to expire. Try to download the album purchased in Step 5 from iTunes. Expected Behaviour All tracks in purchased album is available to play on my device from Apple Music. Observed Behaviour Most tracks in the purchased album are not downloading. The GUI simply gets stuck on "Loading Cloud Music Library". Below is a screenshot. Note 1: toggling "Simultaneous Downloads" does not work. Note 2: I have tried deleting the downloads from the popup window shown on the left in the image above, restarting Apple Music, and then clicking "Download All" again on the pane on the right. This did not work. Note 3: Downloading individual tracks one at a time does not work.

Must Library Not Syncing:

Your iPhone model (5) is quite old and obsolete. It may be a bug that cannot be fixed. For their models, Apple typically give update for 7 years, and then discontinues proving them. So, take this as a good reason to upgrade.

Getting a Genius Bar Appointment:

Go through Apple: set up a Genius Bar Appointment, asking them if this a faulty device.
