How can see all my subscriptions and access my statements on my Wallet App?

In the past couple of months I have had Apple support (both online and on the website) tell me about options that I cannot find on my phone.

The first option was to display app subscriptions that I am currently paying. This came about when I disputed a charge for a new subscription that I did not request and the support person told me I can see all my subscriptions. But I never found any - even though I have a couple.

The second option pertained to my Apple card - the website tells me I can both access my statements and download a .qfx file with transactions. I just had to click on my Apple card in the wallet - on my balance. I have done that and looked all over for an export button or a download button and I cannot find either.

While I am running the latest iOS I am wondering if these two issues have something to do with my old XS Max phone or do I need to dig around and turn some option on in the settings that will allow me to see these missing options? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
