Error al restaurar sistema 0x80071ac5 por archivo de icloud

Necesito ayuda por favor, al querer restaurar el sistema de windows sale este error el sistema no pudo reemplazar el archivo de icloud por su copia original desde el punto de restauración, es un archivo de icloud pero ya desinstale todo de mi pc tambien he intentado con los comandos DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup, sfc /scannow pero sigue sin funcionar, ayuda por favor
