My iPhone drops 2% of battery in a week

Good evening my iphone drops 2% of battery in a week total battery health was 95% now it shows 93 and the cycle count is 297 can u please tell me is the batery bosted

That’s pretty much normal. The amount of battery percentage loss is variable. You could go a month without loosing any at all, and the next month loose 2%. What you’re experiencing is about average.


iPhone is rated for 500 charge cycles before it reaches 80% maximum capacity.

In general and on average, battery health will decline at about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.


You have had almost 300 charge cycles, so 300 divided by 25 = 12%.


It would be normal to expect that your battery health was in the 88% range at this point, so your battery at 93% is doing great. So far, quite a bit better than average, I would say.


By comparison, the battery is my phone has had about 250 charge cycles and the battery health reads right at what would be normal and expected.....90%.
