My iPhone 11 is several years old. It goes through periods it’s slow, drops phone conversations and freezes up. I restart it and it seems to help (sometimes)
I wonder if it has a virus or it’s simply old and time to replace.
is there reliable was to run diagnostics on it?

When was the last time that you replaced the battery in the phone?
What is the current reading for Maximum Capacity?
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity
I’ve never replaced it and max capacity is 83%
