Cant pay with my apple id balance
Im trying to buy earbuds on the apple store. I have more than enough balance to pay for the item, but every time I try to place the order, it gives me this:

My thought is it may be wanting to see some form of payment method such as a card anyway, een if it won't be used. Either enter one and see if that's it, or contact Apple and see what they say:
