When I changed my password for my AppleID I tried to reset it on my watch only for it to not sign in. I then reset it but it won’t acknowledge the password and I can’t remember the original password for the stupid thing. How do I fix this?

I had to change my AppleID password and my watch refused to acknowledge it.
