At a guess, while you were logged into that phone with your Apple ID, you downloaded some apps and didn't remove them. Now, they need to be updated so they need your Apple ID. The solution is for your friend to delete the apps and, if they still want them, to download them using their Apple ID.
You can usually figure out which apps they are by going to the App Store and seeing which ones won't update.
Turn off Apple Advertising: Settings>Privacy & Security. Scroll to bottom of page
Your question is a bit confusing. What are these pop-ups? Why do you think that this has anything to do with your Apple ID?
A screenshot would be helpful?
It's possible you missed one. Or there is an account in Settings>Mail, perhaps.
It’s not on my phone but my friends. Sometimes it just pop up a small window directly on the screen that says that he should enter the password for my Apple ID. Like “enter password for b********@…”
He get’s this once in a while, but I will send you a screenshot when he got one

He has already deleted the app that he downloaded on my Apple ID. But he still get these pop ups
I don’t know where. I don’t have a mail connected to my Apple ID (maybe iCloud). Because when I’m checking for mail in my settings for Apple ID I just find a window to create a iCloud mail.
By definition, you have an email address connected with your Apple ID. It may not be an iCloud.com address but it has to be something. The required username is an email address of some sort.
