How to I change my default browser to Safari on my iPhone?
My browser is starting with Google instead of Safari on my iPhone. How can I reset this?

Google is not a browser. Most likely it is starting with Safari, and the default search engine (not browser) is Google. You can change that in Settings/Safari/Search Engine.
If you really have an iPhone 6s Plus Safari IS the default browser.
