Hi, i have a problems with change my region, because i am in Russian country and I have money on account, can you cash out my money or make a refund so that I can change the region, since I am moving to another country

There is no cash out option that I am aware of, however; here is what I do know:
First, cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.
Second, make a request to zero out any remaining balance on your account by contacting Customer Support by phone or chat:
