Fake hacked alert

So I got an alert from Usilipos (was looking for an art reference for drawing), and it suddenly said something about my phone was hacked and that that everything was being tracked now, and that I shouldn’t have closed the page and that they would post everything online like that. It felt very fake and I instantly closed the page (it had a link at the bottom but I didn’t click on it), I’m 99% certain it was fake and a scam, but I want to make sure that it’s 100% fake since it wasn’t just a normal pop up add and totally interrupted everything.
